At TheBlueer, we are committed to our values and principles of preserving our planet by offering a wholesale program to retailers who share our vision. If you believe that our eco-eyewear product would be a great addition to your store, kindly email us at sales@theblueer.com. We would be happy to offer you a perfect deal for you and your store.
Please take note of the following important details:
Complimentary sample
We can provide a complimentary sample, so you can see and feel that you are selling a high-quality eco-eyewear. To request a sample, kindly send us an email with the model of your choice, your full name, store name, store address, and email address.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, kindly send us an inquiry at sales@theblueer.com. Our team will respond promptly with our prices and plans for retailers. Further information regarding delivery and other relevant details will also be provided.
Return & Refund to the Retailer
If you regret your bulk purchase, we offer a 100% money-back warranty for the items you wish to return. Please note that we do not offer refunds for items that have already been sold or damaged due to handling or storage at your store.
To request a return and refund, please email us at sales@theblueer.com, explaining the reason for the refund and attaching photos if applicable. Our team will promptly send you a return label. The items must be safely packed and dropped off at the nearest AusPost.
Our team will evaluate your case and notify you via email. You will receive a 100% refund for the items returned, using the same payment method you used to purchase the items.
Important: You will only be refunded for the items that is in a perfect condition. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold. It must also be in the original packaging. If the Sunglasses appear to be damaged or broken, the refund of that specific item cannot be honoured.
This policy is valid for 30 days from the day you received the goods.
Please note that damaged items due to the delivery to your store are 100% refundable.
Warranties to the customers
We offer to our customers a lifetime warranty from the purchase date for any manufacturing defects that may occur in the materials or workmanship of our product. In addition, we offer our customers the Stay Blue Frame Cover, which entitles them to a 50% discount on a replacement pair for broken or lost sunglasses.
TheBlueer is soleny responsible for honouring those. The Retailer will not be responsible for those policies or charged by any additional fees of any kind.
Please, advise your customers that these requests must be made through our official website.
Refund to the customer
We also offer to our customer a 100% refund for customers who regret their purchase. In this case, this warranty is subject to our terms and conditions and must be honoured by the retailer.
This policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, unless agreed upon by the retailer at their own risk and cost.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was sold. It must also be in the original packaging. If the Sunglasses appear to be damaged or broken, the refund cannot be honoured. It is the responsibility of the retailer to check the integrity of the product and return the money to the customer.
For broken sunglasses, please advise the customer about the Stay Blue Frame Cover.
Delivery Fees
We take full responsibility for all delivery fees related to sending products to the retailer and returns for any warranty.
Retail Price and Sales
TheBlueer Sunglasses must be sold by our official rates stated at our official website www.theblueer.com. Selling our products by an amount above our official rate means the cancel of our agreement and the items must be returned to us immediately, safely packed, and the delivery fee paid by the retailer. If the return is not made in 7 days, the retailer will be subject to legal consequences and must answer for this offense under the law and legal terms.
Promotional prices or sales program on our official website does not qualify as the official rate.
However, the retailer is guaranteed the right of selling or products under any promotional price, gift bundle or give aways.
