Returns and Money Back Guarantee
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact. If seals appear to be tampered with or broken on receipt of your returned product, we will not be able to honour a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer for any refund or exchange.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@theblueer.com
Sale items
Sale items will be refunded for the same amount as they were purchased.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged on receipt of your product. We will not exchange products due to general damaged after the receipt of your product.
We will also honour exchanges due to change of heart as long as the product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging and all seals intact. If seals appear to be tampered with or broken on receipt of your returned product, we will not be able to honour an exchange.

Gifts
If the item was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you as a gift, we’ll still require proof of purchase from the gift-giver. Once this is obtained, we can either refund to the gift-giver or organise an exchange directly with you, the recipient.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Stay Blue Frame Cover Policy
The Blueer guarantee a 50%OFF Discount Voucher for broken, stolen or lost sunglasses.
To be eligible for the Stay Blue Frame Cover, your item must be broken by an event after purchase.
First, send us an email at info@theblueer.com requesting the Stay Blue Frame Cover Discount Code with a picture of the broken sunglasses and we promptly will process your case and set up the Discount Code in order to better attend you. Insure to add at the Subject "Stay Blue Frame Cover Request".
The Discount Code will be sent by email and will be eligible to be used once per broken sunglasses.
The discount will be made on the current price that the item is being sold by.
Warranty
We offer a 6-month warranty, from the purchase date, on any manufacturers defect that may occur in the materials or workmanship of your product. Scratched frames or lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under our warranty.
If the sunglasses are returned within the warranty period, and we assess that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be replaced at our discretion and returned to the sender. If the returned product is deemed to be a valid warranty claim then we will incur the cost of any further postage charges.
The warranty program does not cover products that are lost, stolen or broken any other way incurred by excess force from the user.
